Teaching Stagecraft & Acting in Melbourne since 1980

2023 Production - Rumpelstiltskin

Track Youth Theatre was proud to bring you its 2023 production - Rumpelstiltskin.    This live musical show was performed by an amazing cast of 9 to 16 year olds.

It's was a true delight to welcome a record crowd to our production this year!

Presenting an original take on a classic felt particularly apropos this year - with the once little group Ed Bailey started 44 years ago, now operating from an amazing new home at the "The Basement" at the Hawthorn Arts Centre.

Stay tuned for what promises to be an incredible show in 2024 and also the introduction of an exciting new Theatre Skills Bootcamp, supported by Boroondara City Council, to kick off our 2024 program.

Learn Life Skills & Stagecraft

Track Youth Theatre has been teaching the art of stagecraft to young people for over forty years. The group aims to help children, not just with the development of theatrical skills, but with more valuable life skills such as self-esteem, respect for others, and self-confidence in front of groups. Children are not auditioned. Anyone is eligible to join regardless of ability. Most performers in Track Youth Theatre come from the City of Boroondara.
